1. Set hose to a rate that will fill a perspex casket in 25 minutes, when a person is inside.
2. Lock your volunteer inside and set up a desk nearby.
3. Turn on the tap. You have 25 minutes to complete your first task. Stop working when you can hear your friend knocking.
4. Take a 5 minute break. This is the most important bit! It is critical you don’t over-exert yourself.
